A Mother’s Heart, A Son’s Legacy

I’m Robin Tafoya, and I live in the beautiful state of New Mexico. My journey as an author began very recently, in October 2025. While I never set out to be a writer, life gave me a story that had to be told—a story born from the deepest love and the hardest loss a mother can face: the passing of my son, Bo.

Bo was a gentle soul, born with Down syndrome and on the autism spectrum. He saw the world through a lens of pure innocence and childlike faith. Writing became my way of grieving, but more importantly, it became my way of ensuring Bo’s light continues to shine so that his message of hope can help others.

Turning Tragedy into Advocacy

I am not a professional writer or a clinical expert—I am simply a Mom.

My son was tragically lost after being overdosed in a medical facility. This is a TRAGIC reality that no family should ever have to endure. Because of this, my mission is two-fold: to provide spiritual comfort through Bo’s story and to share the vital information families need to protect their loved ones. I want to ensure that no one else has to go through the pain that my family has faced.

A Message of Hope

Bo believed that when we leave this earth, we gain our wings and live on in the sky. Through my books and resources, I hope to remind you that love never ends—it simply changes form.

Thank you for standing with me in Bo’s memory and for helping me protect the most vulnerable among us.
